After we spend the night from saturday to sunday in a hotel in Kraliky, a town not far from Banská Bystrica, we
drove back to the hotel in Tajov to have breakfast.
From there we started out 2 hour drive to a Slovak national park ("národný park slovenský raj"), where our
group split into 2 teams.
One of the teams took a route up the mountains to a viewing platform, although the mountain hike was not
as easy as it was described on the internet. From the viewing platform they had a great view over the
entire region.
The other team rent climbing equipment from a shop near the pension Lesnica. After a 45 minute hike to the
starting point of the ferrata they started to climb. The route took them through a narrow gorge along a
rockface. With some layovers they went up to a high waterfall. The ferrata took them along this waterfall.
After they arrived the viewing platform, they had a amazing view over Slowakia. After they enjoyed the view
they started there way down to the cars.
After both teams arrived back at our starting point, we ended our day with a relaxed dinner at the
pension Lesnica.
